Wonderful 2 days with Guy. Excellent guide who went above and beyond to look after us for transfers and game drive in Pilanesberg Reserve. Very knowledgeable and cannot recommend highly enough. Also took us to Apartheid museum sharing many stories and contexts for the exhibits. Guy made the whole trip easy and extremely enjoyable.
Guy was absolutely brilliant. Very responsive to my messages, helpful in planning our trip and flexible in his timing. We used him for the transfer of a family of 4 plus lots of luggage between Jo’burg airport and our safari camp. His vehicle is very good quality and comfortable. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him.

We used Guy as a tour guide in Johannesburg in August 2025. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had an excellent tour of Jo-berg...he understood what we wanted and curated the day for us. He fit into our group with conversation...he figured out quickly the type of information we wanted to know and added insightful comments. He also left room for us to talk amongst ourselves. He made us feel safe and secure and we travelled around...keeping us from getting bothered by people on the street and had tour guides waiting for us a historical sights. We have already given his name to people we know who are looking for a guide. Highly recommend.

We recently used Guy for airport transfers, transfer from Pilanesberg and a day tour to Soweto, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Guy was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He was punctual every step of the way, and his insights during the Soweto tour really added depth to the experience.
As a travel agent I can be a bit picky but not only would I highly recommend for anyone visiting Johannesburg, I would now consider Guy a friend.

Guy did a great job of accommodating our team of 7! He is quite knowledgeable and his vehicle is top notch! Scheduling and communicating were a breeze. I wanted a one-day introduction to SA after landing in Johannesburg the night before and Guy exceeded my expectations. He works with local guides at the attractions to make sure his tours are particularly impactful. Guy gets bonus stars for the caring and professional way he accommodated a member of our group who needed some extra help.

We have used The Shuttle Guy twice for day tours when visiting Johannesburg.
Guy is amazing at his work and was so easy going if we wanted to make a change in our plans. I was initially concerned about travelling to some areas but was reassured and felt completely safe with his driving and local knowledge.
We’ve also recommended his company to friends from Australia who needed advice on what is best to see in the area and they were very happy that they chose his company.

Guy came to pick us up from the airport. He was right on time and easy to find. His van was great- big enough for all 5 of us and our luggage. He had water bottles for all of us which was perfect because we were all parched from the long journey. He had great recommendations and was very friendly- even with my very boisterous children. I highly recommend Guy for your tour and shuttle needs.
