Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Full payment must be made prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: Refund minus deposit
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 0–14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
  • No-shows or missed services are non-refundable

3. Shuttle & Transport Services

Pickup and drop-off are available from agreed locations, including Johannesburg and surrounding areas unless otherwise arranged.
Clients must be ready at the confirmed time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
Routes and schedules may change due to traffic, weather, or operational requirements.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

4. Itineraries & Tour Changes

All tours are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or availability.
The Tour and Shuttle Guy reserves the right to substitute services with similar alternatives where necessary.

5. Accommodation (If Applicable)

Accommodation is subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar standard if required.
Standard check-in and check-out times apply.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, travel documents, and meet any health requirements.
Guests must adhere to all schedules and instructions provided.

7. Health, Safety & Conduct

All clients participate at their own risk.
Instructions from guides and drivers must be followed at all times.
Unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the tour or shuttle without refund.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Tour and Shuttle Guy, its staff, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control.

10. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings at all times.
No liability is accepted for loss, theft, or damage.

12. Amendments

The Tour and Shuttle Guy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
